Dr. Susanna was incredibly thorough, gentle, and attentive. She explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable at every step, which really put me at ease. Her expertise and calm demeanor made the entire appointment stress-free. Nairy was equally wonderful—kind, friendly, and very attentive. She made sure everything ran smoothly and added such a warm, reassuring presence throughout the visit. The front desk ladies were also very welcoming and helpful, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. Their friendliness set a great tone for the entire visit. Together, the whole team creates an outstanding experience. When I came to this office, it was for an ortho consult. I was really pleased when they informed me it was free of charge! Not only this, but the orthodontist was very kind and thorough, they made it very easy to understand. Everyone in the front desks were also very nice and energetic. Cristina is one of the workers and she was very welcoming and it seemed like a fun place to work at. I definitely recommend this office for your dentist care needs and will be returning!!
