Customer service is lacking. They refuse to bill the patient for services rendered and expect the patient to pay on the same day. Where as they are willing to wait days, weeks and sometimes months for the insurance to pay. Why are you unwilling to give a bill to the patient and allow them the convenience as they do the insurance company. When asked this, Janely could not and or would not answer the question. Only stating that it is something we the dental office doesn’t do. In addition, when billing the insurance the dental office uses miscellaneous codes for services instead of a specific billing code for that service.

After a consult, a deep cleaning and laser bacteria treatment were recommended. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while. I didn't want to do it. It sounded extreme and I got really scared.
But I met with the hygienist Zack. He was so great and so reassuring! He showed me, the deep cleaning for me was barely an 1/8th of an inch below the gum line just cleaning the rest of each tooth. Not invasive at all. Just like a normal cleaning. The Internet painted a radical picture that wasn't reality at the dentist.
Melissa came in to reassure me as they numbed my gums. I was very anxious. Zach cleaned my teeth - they look and feel great!
No pain, no pressure on my teeth or gums. In just about an hour.
