You Break Through

Usually, I hate going to the dentist, but coming here might have actually changed my view of dental visits. From the moment I walked in, every staff member made me feel safe, comfortable, and welcomed. The receptionist, Joslyn, greeted me warmly and was incredibly helpful with my insurance and future appointments. The dental assistant (I didn’t catch his name) and Dr. Pei answered every question I had, gave me great recommendations, and never once made me feel rushed. I trusted Dr. Pei because he took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and gave me different options. I genuinely felt well taken care of from start to finish. I also loved that the office is very clean. Overall, 10/10 experience!

Practically clicking my heels after leaving here, y'all. ❤️ I’ve been to some truly terrible dentists in the last 10 years... I have horror stories. I really thought dentists were all just terrible now? But, these people were so kind, so thorough, such good listeners. They saw me for an emergency cracked tooth on the same day I called, (they actually answered the phone unlike so many others) and the whole experience ended with me immediately bringing the whole family over as our primary care. Nice dentists matter. Good management matters. Thanks everyone, especially to the incredibly kind Dr.Pei, Joslyn, Stephen, Kaya and Cristina! ❤️

Empire Dental Group is such a great dental office. Their dentist is thorough and explained everything perfectly. Their admin staff was equally friendly and helpful. Especially Joslyn, she was so helpful and pleasant. She had a genuinely kind demeanor. Would recommend!
