We are Empire Dental Group and Orthodontics

I previously wrote a review that expressed some frustration with Empire, based on conflicting information and repeated negative experiences, primarily with a now departed staff member. Fortunately, issues have been resolved and I am finally receiving my needed treatments. The staff, notably, Melissa, Valerie, and Brandon have been wonderfully efficient and friendly. Esther Lee, the hygienist who just did my deep cleaning, performed the treatment with incredible efficiency and thoroughness. And I adore my new dentist, Dr. Luis Acosta, who is not only competent and friendly, but remarkably honest. I am finally satisfied with a dental clinic and highly recommend Empire Dental.

If I were to tell you one of these teeth were fake, could you guess which one? Dr. Susanna and her entire team did SUCH a fantastic job from start to finish! The entire staff from front desk, to dental assistant, xray techs, hygienist, and of course the dentist herself did such an amazing job while being so incredibly kind. They also offer financing through both CareCredit and Smile Generation. They helped me so much through my crown replacement process that I go through every 8-10 years. It's always a long process, but they made it easy and were very generous with helping me with my temp tooth when I needed replacements during the waiting period for my permanent one. Dr Susanna was an awesome dentist. She is friendly, professional, answered all our questions and she makes you comfortable. She gives super service and we will definitely come back for any dental care. We will for sure refer her to family, friends and relatives. Thank you.
